The product probably works as described, but I won't use it. My mistake, I didn't read the description very carefully. The reason, why I don't want to recommend this product: if a single cell has a slightly smaller capacity than the other cells, this circuit will slightly reduce the charging current, and eventually prevent overcharge. Thats OK. But when the battery pack is not operating at the almost full charging level, this circuit is inactive. If Lithium cells are permanently operating at full charging level, they will quickly degrade. So at a recommended operation level with Lithium batteries, cells are never balanced.
